This form is due by June 20, 2024 (due by August 9 if you are registering after late auditions).

Welcome to another wonderful orchestral season! To be considered for tuition assistance, fill out the Scholarship Form.

Please note that we ask for financial information on these forms, so be sure to review them closely before submitting. For your safety and security, please black out ALL social security numbers and private information. We request this information to verify your financial eligibility for the scholarship program.

Some DYAO donors donate specifically to our tuition assistance fund. These donors want to make sure that all qualified young musicians can participate in one of our orchestras. If you are determined eligible for tuition assistance, you may be asked to write specific thank you notes to donors, perform at outreach opportunities, and/or help at DYAO events.
