This violin depicts my favorite piece of music: Carnival of the Animals by Camille Saint-Saˆ´ns. The creatures from the music move across both sides and are named along the sides. Because this piece of music is a favorite of children, I added whimsical aspects to some of the animals and the moon which watches over the proceedings. It is my hope that the violin will be enjoyed by children and adults.
